West St. Paul (not to be confused with St. Paul's westside), which is really south of downtown St. Paul (it's that cursed riparian geography!), gets a great tribute in this video produced by Carolyn Swiszcz & Wilson Webb for the Walker Art Center's "World's Away" exhibit.
